Digitsend is an innovative platform designed to facilitate seamless currency exchange transactions. It allows users to purchase RMB easily, pay suppliers in China, and carry out bill payments with ease.

How do I create an account on Digitsend?

Creating an account on Digitsend is simple. Download our mobile app, click on "Sign Up," and follow the on-screen instructions. You will need to provide some basic information, such as your name, email address, username, date of birth and choice of password. Viola your Digitsend account is created.

What is a transaction PIN?

Transaction Pin is a secure, 4-digit code that you set up to authorize your transactions on digitsend. You can also set it up during the onboarding process by inputting a 4-digit code of your choice.

Virtual wallet

How do I create my virtual wallet?

You must complete the Level 1 verification process to create your virtual wallet account. This involves providing a valid phone number and your BVN (Bank Verification Number). Once the system successfully verifies these details, your virtual wallet account will be automatically generated.

What can I do with my virtual wallet?

Once your virtual wallet is generated, you can easily fund your account and access all available features on Digitsend.

What currencies can I exchange on Digitsend?

Currently, Digitsend only supports the exchange of Naira to RMB. We plan to expand our currency offerings in the future.

Rmb Order

How do I purchase RMB on Digitsend?

To purchase RMB on Digitsend, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Digitsend account.
  2. Navigate to the "Product" section and click on "Buy RMB."
  3. Enter the amount of RMB you wish to purchase.
  4. Choose the delivery method—either Alipay or Bank:
    • For Alipay, input the Alipay ID and the full name associated with the Alipay account.
    • For Bank, input the bank name, bank card details, and the account holder's name.
  5. Press Continue, then input your transaction PIN.

Once completed, your RMB purchase order will be successfully created.

How long does it take to process Rmb transactions on Digitsend?

Transactions on Digitsend are typically processed within 2 - 30 minutes.

How do I follow up on a transaction?

After successfully creating your order, you can track its status by navigating to the Transaction Historys section in your account. Additionally, you can contact our customer support team via live chat for further assistance and updates on your order.

Does Digitsend carry out transactions outside the app?

No, Digitsend does not conduct any transactions or trade outside our platform. All transactions are exclusively carried out within the Digitsend app. We will never contact you first via any social media platform. For your security, ensure that all interactions and transactions are done solely through our app.

Why do I need to verify my BVN to use DigitSend?

Verifying your BVN (Bank Verification Number) helps us confirm your identity and ensure the security of your account. It is also a mandatory requirement set by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to protect users from fraud and identity theft. BVN verification safeguards your transactions, ensuring only users who verify their BVN can access the products on DigitSend.

How do I verify my BVN on DigitSend?

After signing up, navigate to the main dashboard and click on the ‘Add Virtual Account’ button. Follow the on-screen prompts and enter your BVN in the designated field. A verification code will then be sent to the phone number linked to your BVN. If you no longer have access to this number, you may proceed with our manual verification process, which includes a small fee of ₦150."

Is my BVN information safe on DigitSend?

Yes, we take security very seriously. DigitSend employs advanced security protocols to protect your personal and financial information, ensuring that your BVN and other sensitive data are kept secure and confidential.

What if my BVN verification fails?

If your BVN verification does not go through, please double-check the BVN entered or contact our support team for assistance. We’re here to help you complete the verification so you can begin using all of DigitSend’s products.
