To access the full features of the Platform, including the virtual wallet, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your BVN (Bank Verification Number). The BVN is required to verify your identity and ensure the security of your transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Digitsend offers a range of services related to currency exchange, including but not limited to: RMB Purchases: Facilitating the purchase of RMB for importers, businesses and also people who visit countries that accept the chinese yuan. Supplier Payments: Enabling secure and efficient payments to suppliers in China. Bill Payments: Allowing users to pay bills directly through the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
As a user of the Platform, you agree to: Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Use the Platform Lawfully: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform. Respect Security Measures: Do not attempt to circumvent or interfere with the security features of the Platform.
Use of certain services on the Platform may be subject to fees. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you before you confirm any transaction. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred by you or any other user of your account at the rates in effect when such fees and charges are incurred.
The currency exchange rates offered on the Platform are subject to fluctuation based on market conditions. We do not guarantee that the rates provided will be the best available at any given time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitsend shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Platform or any services provided.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through a physical meeting or escalated to our legal team. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
